Note: Registration Fee are Exclusive of 18% GST.

Conference registration is mandatory for the workshop.
An additional 3.5% charge will be applicable for payments made using the payment gateway (debit or credit cards).

Accompanying delegates & children will not be allowed to attend the scientific sessions.
PG Students should submit a Bonafide letter from the Head of the Department.
Registration cannot be transferred.
Transport cost is not included in the registration amount.
Organisers will not be responsible for any failure in mailer delivery or information delivery if the registration form is not filled out.

No Refund will be given for cancellation requests received after 10th May 2026.
All cancellation requests must be sent to the conference secretariat in writing by email only.
REFUND for cancellation of a paid registration in case the cancellation request is received on or before 60 DAYS, 10th May 2026, after deducting 30% administrative charges and cost towards refund, if any.
Refunds, if any, will be processed post-conference within 25 Working days.
A similar mode of transfer will be adopted for a refund, as the funds have been received. NO CASH refund policy.
